How it is used
- Two jobs. Rice: 大米 (dàmǐ) uncooked rice, 米饭 (mǐfàn) cooked rice, 玉米 (yùmǐ) corn.
- And the unit 'meter': 他一米八 (tā yì mǐ bā) he's 1.8 m tall, 厘米 (límǐ) centimeter.
