用法
- Means unrestrained/reckless indulgence: 放肆 (fàngsì) impudent, 大肆 (dàsì) wantonly/on a large scale (e.g. 大肆宣传 dàsì xuānchuán to hype relentlessly), 肆意 (sìyì) willfully.
- Peaks in 肆无忌惮 (sìwú-jìdàn) utterly unscrupulous, with no fear or scruple. Separately, 肆 is the anti-fraud formal form of 四 "four" on checks and contracts.
