用法
- Two threads: "to experience/go through" (经历 jīnglì to undergo, 历经 lìjīng to pass through) and "calendar/record" (日历 rìlì calendar, 历史 lìshǐ history).
- 学历 (xuélì) = one's formal education level and 简历 (jiǎnlì) = résumé/CV are core job-application vocabulary.
- 经历 works as both noun and verb: 一段经历 (yí duàn jīnglì) an experience, 经历了很多 (jīnglì le hěnduō) went through a lot.
