- To follow/abide by (a rule, order, cycle): 遵循 (zūnxún) follow/comply with, 循环 (xúnhuán) to cycle/circulate: 恶性循环 (èxìng xúnhuán) vicious cycle.
- 循序渐进 (xúnxù-jiànjìn) = advance step by step in proper order. 循 implies moving along a set track/sequence; register is written.
